Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for ChatMunshi. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before subscribing.
1. A digital service delivered immediately
ChatMunshi is a digital software-as-a-service product. Access is delivered immediately and continuously for the duration of your subscription, and value is consumed as you use it. For this reason, subscription fees are non-refundable, as described below.
2. No refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, for time or messages you did not use, for downgrades, or for cancellation mid-period. This includes, without limitation, situations where you forgot to cancel, did not use the Service, or changed your mind after payment.
3. Try before you pay
Because we do not offer refunds, we provide a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before you are charged. We encourage you to use the trial fully to confirm ChatMunshi is right for your business before subscribing.
4. How to cancel
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or directly through your PayPal account.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You will keep access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which the subscription ends and is not renewed.
- Cancelling does not trigger a refund of the current period; it prevents the next charge.
5. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
6. Price changes
If we change subscription prices, we will give notice before the change applies to your renewals. Continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. Failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade your account until payment succeeds. Suspension for non-payment does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Exceptional cases and your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law. If you were charged in clear error (for example, duplicate charges caused by a billing fault on our side), contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. Any refund we choose to grant, or that the law requires, is handled through PayPal to the original payment method.
