Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: 13 July 2026Last updated: 13 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do with ChatMunshi. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaching it is a material breach of those Terms and may result in suspension or termination.
1. Comply with WhatsApp and Meta rules
ChatMunshi operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform. You must comply with all applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Meta’s Commerce and advertising policies where relevant. - Do not send unsolicited, bulk, or automated marketing messages to people who have not opted in to hear from you.
- Do not import or message purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-consented contact lists.
- Obtain and honour valid consent (opt-in) before messaging customers, and provide a clear way to opt out.
- Do not use the Service in a way that generates high block or report rates.

4. Sensitive data
Do not use the Service to collect or transmit highly sensitive information that you are not authorised to handle, or in breach of data protection or sector-specific laws. You are responsible for the lawful handling of any personal data you process through the Service. See our Privacy Policy and DPA.
